ELI5

ELI5 is short for “Explain Like I‘m 5 (years old)”.

This is a popular way to ask if a simpler explanation can be given. One that theoretically could be understood by a 5-year old. This could be functionality, an idea, tokenomics but also news stories.

It could even mean basic usage instructions for user interfaces built on top of complicated smart contracts that will cover your assets.

ELI5 can be used as a verb: “Can you ELI5 this for me?”, but also as a noun: “This ELI5 is excellent, even my pet understands ease Uninsurance now”.
